Mayfield Nursing & Rehabilitation is hiring part-time LPNs for Day shift (7a-7p) who are committed to providing the best life and care for our residents. Must be available to work every other weekend. If you are looking forward to becoming a part of a dynamic team, we would love to meet you!

QUALIFICATIONS OF AN LPN:
- Must have an active Certification as an LPN
- Experience working with behavior residents a plus.
- Experience preferred, not required
