Join our dedicated team as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist in our in-house subacute rehabilitation unit. You will play a key role in evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, helping them regain their abilities and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patients needs.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to promote recovery.

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Educate patients and their families on communication strategies and therapy exercises.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide holistic patient care.

• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.

• Qualifications:

  Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

• Current Florida state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

• Experience in subacute or rehabilitation settings preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
