RoleOverview

We're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and outstanding customer service. You'll diagnose, service, and repair a variety of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, ensuring comfort and efficiency for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems (furnaces, A/Cs, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits)

  • Utilize MeasureQuick for accurate system performance assessments and reporting

  • Communicate clearly with customers to explain findings and present solutions

  • Recommend maintenance or replacement when needed in a consultative, no-pressure style

  • Complete detailed documentation of services performed

  • Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and uphold a professional appearance

  • Participate in team meetings, technical trainings, and ongoing Nexstar training to stay sharp and current

Requirements

- 2+ years of HVAC service experience (residential/light commercial)

  • EPA 608 Certification required

  • RMGA Certification required

  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

  • Familiarity with MeasureQuick or a willingness to learn

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
