What You’ll Do as a PTA:
Patient Care: Provide high-quality, one-on-one therapy to geriatric patients in their homes.
Care Plans: Implement and follow treatment plans established by the supervising PT.
Timely Documentation: Chart patient progress and treatment responses accurately and efficiently.
PT Collaboration: Coordinate and communicate patient status regularly with the supervising PT.
What You Need:
License: Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License.
Certification: Current CPR/BLS Certification.
Transportation: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
Software: Kinnser/WellSky experience is a major plus!
