Compensation: $2,500 – $2,800 per week
Job Summary
We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in a skilled nursing facility in Marysville, CA. Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance training
Educate patients and caregivers on safety and home programs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications
Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license
SNF or adult population experience preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
