Join our rehabilitation team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents! We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to help residents regain independence and improve their daily living skills in a supportive healthcare environment.
Currently hiring for Part Time and Per diem.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional and daily living skills
Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications
Monitor, document, and communicate resident progress
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and therapy teams
Educate residents and families on therapy techniques and safety
Maintain compliance with healthcare and safety standards

Qualifications:
Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist (OT) license
Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Skilled nursing or healthcare experience preferred
Strong communication, clinical, and documentation skills
