Join our rehabilitation team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents! We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to help residents regain independence and improve their daily living skills in a supportive healthcare environment.

Currently hiring for Part Time and Per diem.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional and daily living skills

  • Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications

  • Monitor, document, and communicate resident progress

  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and therapy teams

  • Educate residents and families on therapy techniques and safety

  • Maintain compliance with healthcare and safety standards

Qualifications:

  • Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist (OT) license

  • Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

  • Skilled nursing or healthcare experience preferred

  • Strong communication, clinical, and documentation skills
