We're seeking a compassionate, motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who enjoys working one-on-one with patients and making a meaningful difference every day.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy treatments in patients' homes under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Assist patients in improving independence with daily living activities
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home safety
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary Home Health team to ensure excellent patient care

Qualifications:

• Current Indiana Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
• Home Health experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
