LPN Licensed Practical Nurse FT/PT: all shifts
QUALIFICATIONS for an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse
- Valid NJ LPN License
- Review resident medical records to ensure nursing practice provided is within State and Federal guidelines
- Document care provided and report changes in resident status to shift supervisor
- Handle and administor prescribed medications
