Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LPN (Licensed Practical Nursing) to join our team on a PRN (as needed) basis. As an LPN at Locust Ridge Nursing Home, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to our residents. Essential Functions:
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, families, and co-workers
Assist in daily care of residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and other activities of daily living
Promote and protect resident rights, treat residents with dignity and respect, protect resident’s personal belongings, and report suspected abuse or neglect
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Certification as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nursing) required
Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift, and transfer residents
