About the Role:
As an Occupational Therapist with Mount Airy Nursing and Rehab, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing expert care and support to help them recover and regain independence. You will:
Conduct initial evaluations to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
Implement targeted interventions to improve functional abilities, mobility, and cognitive function
Develop and implement adaptive equipment and assistive technology to support patient independence
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care
Conduct ongoing assessments and adjust treatment plans as needed
