The Springs of Fairfield Bay is seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our experienced rehabilitation team. In this flexible, as-needed role, you’ll design and implement individualized treatment plans to help residents regain strength, restore mobility, and achieve their highest level of independence.
Your Impact:
Evaluate residents and develop personalized treatment plans
Provide direct physical therapy services to support recovery and functional goals
Supervise and guide PTAs and other therapy team members
Monitor progress, adjust care plans, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team
Educate residents and caregivers on mobility techniques, exercises, and safety practices
What You Bring:
Active Physical Therapist license in Arkansas
Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
