As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital sign checks, and assisting with daily living activities. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our residents and their families.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital sign checks, and assisting with daily living activities
Develop and implement individualized care plans for our residents
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices
