Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Welder for our client. This job is responsible for performing welding operations to join, fabricate, and repair metal components according to specifications in a manufacturing environment.

What’s a Typical Day Like?
- Perform welding using MIG, TIG, stick, or other welding processes as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and welding instructions
- Set up welding equipment and adjust machine settings for each job
- Inspect welds to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications
- Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and final part tolerances
- Perform grinding, cutting, and finishing of metal parts as required
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures, including use of PPE and adherence to OSHA standards
- Assist with material handling and production tasks as directed
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns to supervision
What Are the Requirements of the Job?
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, or stick welding
- Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic knowledge of welding safety practices
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.
- Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
- Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
- Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Communication skills.
