Mid-Atlantic Learning Center Coordinator

The Mid-Atlantic Learning Center Coordinator supports the successful delivery of training programs across the Mid-Atlantic YMCA Learning Center region. This role coordinates training logistics, trainer and faculty support, event planning, financial tracking, and administrative processes to ensure a seamless learning experience. This is a part-time position with a salary range of $20-$22.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate in-person and virtual training logistics.Support trainers and faculty before, during, and after events.Manage training materials, travel arrangements, catering, and technology needs.Process expenses, invoices, and reimbursements.Maintain training records and administrative data.Provide exceptional customer service to trainers, host YMCAs, and participants.QualificationsProficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint).Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.Experience with training coordination, event planning, virtual platforms, or administrative operations preferred.Who We AreThe YMCA of Greater Richmond is a nonprofit organization with the goal of strengthening the foundations of community.
