1st Shift Forklift Driver

Are you an experienced and safety-focused forklift operator looking to join a fast-paced warehouse team? We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Forklift Operator to support our day-to-day operations. If you take pride in your work, value teamwork, and are ready to hit the ground running, we want to hear from you!

Location: Redlands, CA 92374
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6 am until finish
Pay rate: $18/hr

Duties:
  1. Safely operate single and double forklifts
  2. Accurately scan products using RF scanners
  3. Load and unload trailers or containers efficiently
  4. Shrink-wrap pallets and prepare shipments for delivery
  5. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  6. Follow all warehouse safety rules and policies
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience operating Single/Double forklifts
  2. RF scanning experience
  3. Ability to lift 20–40 lbs. consistently
  4. Strong attention to detail
  5. Understanding of safety protocols
  6. Warehouse experience preferred
  7. Ability to work with urgency and meet deadlines
  8. Good attendance and punctuality
  9. Positive attitude and a team player
  10. Schedule flexibility is a plus
  11. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus, but not required
