Position Summary & Responsibilities
Evaluate patients; develop & implement SLP treatment plans
Treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Perform dysphagia assessments and interventions as needed
Monitor progress and modify treatment plans
Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with care team
