Job Summary:
As an Evening Shift LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and ensure the overall well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to residents, including:
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the nursing team
Document resident care accurately and thoroughly in accordance with facility policies and regulations
Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each resident
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and develop strategies for improvement
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment that promotes a positive and respectful atmosphere for residents and staff
Requirements:
Current LPN license in the state of Florida
CPR certification
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent required
