LPN Pool Staff
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse's to join our Pool team. We have 4 locations Our homes include: Gasport, Allegany, Three Rivers, and Aurora Park! Pool LPNs will be required to work at one facility at least one shift and up to 3 shifts at another location.
This position is responsible for the physical, emotional and social well-being of patients and coordinating with health care management.
The ideal candidate will have a background in long term care and experience working with a variety of patients in a medical environment.
This individual must be passionate about providing the best possible care for our patients and will work well with a team, quickly identifying alternate solutions when issues arise.
Responsibilities:
Provide medical treatments and care to residents and patients.
Meet the physical, social, and emotional needs of residents.
Improve residents' quality of life.
Monitor residents' medical conditions, vital signs, intake and output statistics, and general health patterns.
Work with other nursing professionals to ensure an overall quality of care is provided.
Work with families to help them understand the needs of their loved ones.
