Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans for residents, focusing on daily living skills, mobility, and cognitive function
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify resident needs and goals
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care planning
Provide therapy sessions to residents, including exercise programs, mobility training, and cognitive stimulation
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies
Document resident progress and maintain accurate records
