Certified Nursing Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for SWING SHIFT 2PM-10PM to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals at Vancouver Specialty & Rehabilitation Care. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, providing support to our nursing staff, and promoting a positive and respectful environment for our patients and their loved ones.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Assist with daily living activities, such as transfers, ambulation, and feeding

  • Monitor and report patient vital signs and conditions to nursing staff

  • Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and assist with toileting and incontinence care

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and activities

  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Washington

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and prioritize patient care needs

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
