Compensation: $18–$19 per hour DOE

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

A Day in This Role

At 7:00 AM, you’ll take your seat at a clean, well-organized ESD bench and review clear work instructions for the day’s builds. Your morning might start with precise hand soldering on through-hole or fine-pitch components under a microscope, followed by a careful electro-mechanical inspection. You’ll verify your workmanship against strict IPC standards, record your results, and keep production moving without sacrificing quality. After a mid-day check-in with your team, you’ll complete final inspection and basic functional checks so every unit meets the bar before it ships.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble, test, and inspect electronic products using documented work instructions
• Perform precise hand soldering and electro-mechanical inspection
• Meet or exceed IPC quality standards on every build
• Balance speed and craftsmanship to stay on schedule

What You Bring

• Proven hand-soldering experience and electro-mechanical inspection capability
• IPC-610 or J-STD-001 certifications strongly preferred
• Comfort following technical instructions and working independently
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
