Our business has grown through repeat customers and referrals, and we're proud of the experienced team we've built along the way.We're looking for an HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving technical problems, and wants to grow with a well-established local company.What You'll DoDiagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC equipmentIdentify system issues and determine appropriate repair or replacement solutionsDeliver professional, knowledgeable service to customersFollow company standards for safety, workmanship, and customer careCommunicate equipment, inventory, and training needs to the Service ManagerRead and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and equipment documentationApply proper air balancing and basic sheet metal practicesSafely operate scissor lifts and Genie lifts when neededMaintain and use your own basic HVAC hand toolsWhat You Bring2–3+ years of residential or commercial HVAC service experienceEPA Universal CertificationStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities across a variety of HVAC systemsExperience evaluating whether equipment should be repaired or replacedExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to read wiring diagrams and blueprintsBasic understanding of sheet metal practices and air balancingWillingness to take ownership and grow into additional responsibility or leadershipValid driver's license with an insurable driving recordHVAC technical school or formal training is preferredBasic hand toolsSchedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PMNo evenings. No weekends.
