Raineri Construction is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Preconstruction Coordinator to help our estimating and preconstruction teams deliver complete, accurate, and competitive bid packages. This full-time, in-office position offers a starting salary of $60,000, negotiable based on experience.

What You’ll Do
As a Preconstruction Coordinator, you will play an important role in the bidding process by helping gather, prepare, organize, and deliver the documents, bonds, forms, and information needed for complete and responsive bid packages. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, managing details, coordinating with others, and supporting projects from initial opportunity through bid day and post-bid follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up new project files and organize bid-related documents in the appropriate systems and folders.
- Download, review, and organize project documents, specifications, invitations to bid, addenda, RFI responses, clarifications, and related updates.
- Prepare, modify, and maintain bidding documents, bid forms, schedules of values, fillable forms, and other required bid-day materials.
- Create and update calendar appointments for pre-bid meetings, bid dates, and other preconstruction milestones.
- Apply for, track, and coordinate bid bonds and required insurance or bonding documentation.
- Register Raineri on plan holder lists, plan rooms, bid portals, and other online bidding platforms.
- Monitor plan rooms and bid portals for updates and communicate relevant changes to the estimating team.
- Maintain the bid log and ensure revisions, requirements, and deadlines are accurately tracked.
- Assist with subcontractor engagement, vendor setup, contact updates, and new subcontractor recruitment.
- Coordinate with Estimators to identify project requirements, populate required forms, and submit complete bid packages.
- Prepare or update marketing materials, organizational biographies, and qualification information needed for business development or bidding requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Associate degree in a construction-related field; or
- Two or more years of experience in construction administration, preconstruction support, estimating support, project coordination, or a similar administrative role.

- Advanced computer proficiency and confidence learning or using multiple software applications.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and Adobe Acrobat.

- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- A helpful, team-oriented approach when working with coworkers, subcontractors, vendors, and external project contacts.

- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, responsiveness, and communication matter.
