Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, utilizing your expertise and skills to promote optimal health outcomes

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians and according to facility policies and procedures

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, providing timely notification to members of the healthcare team

• Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and vital signs

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care and patient satisfaction
