About the Role

Clarvida is seeking Clinicians to join our Adult Behavioral Health Community Crisis Center team. Adults experiencing a behavioral health crisis require focused, immediate care. As a Clinician, you will use de-escalation techniques, complete crisis and risk assessments, provide crisis counseling, conduct individual therapy, and develop aftercare plans to support stabilization once a client leaves the center.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and play a vital role in safety, stabilization, and treatment planning for those in crisis.

Responsibilities

%CF; Conduct crisis and risk factor assessments
%CF; Provide crisis counseling and individual therapy
%CF; Apply de-escalation and crisis-intervention techniques
%CF; Identify immediate client needs and create treatment plans
%CF; Develop and coordinate discharge/aftercare plans
%CF; Collaborate with the interdisciplinary crisis team
%CF; Report legal, ethical, or safety concerns as required

Required Qualifications

%CF; Licensed in Idaho as LMSW, LPC, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT
%CF; Knowledge of psychological theories and clinical best practices
%CF; Familiarity with community mental health resources (preferred)
%CF; Ability to pass all background checks, including Enhanced Fingerprinting with ID DHW

Compensation & Benefits

%CF; No billable vs. nonbillable split — reliable set pay
%CF; PRN stipend for every three shifts covered within a 90-day period
%CF; Overnight pay differential
