Position Type: PRN
Rate: $55/hour
Neffsville Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our skilled nursing facility in Lancaster, PA.
The Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for organizing and providing speech-language services to facilitate rehabilitation and improve residents’ communication, swallowing, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities
Provide quality speech-language therapy services in accordance with established standards of practice, therapy department procedures, and productivity standards
Evaluate residents and obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation
Develop individualized treatment plans that include target areas, short-term goals, and long-term goals
Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
Instruct residents, families, and staff in appropriate speech-language procedures to support carryover of therapeutic techniques and goals into daily activities
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
Qualifications
Current Speech-Language Pathologist license
Strong communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care
