About the Role
Cornerstone Treatment Facilities Network is looking for a compassionate, motivated Substance Abuse Counselor to join our clinical team. We are a short-term, inpatient chemical dependency treatment program for adults, known for our individualized, dignity-centered approach to recovery. What You'll Do
Provide individual and group counseling to adults in active recovery
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the clinical team
Help clients identify underlying issues and build practical coping strategies
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient progress and treatment
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
What You Bring
Active credential or licensure: CASAC-T, CASAC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC required
Experience in both individual and group counseling settings
Proficiency with computers and basic documentation systems
CPR certification required prior to start
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) — a plus
Bilingual English/Spanish — a plus
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $54,080 – $70,000, based on credential and experience
