THE ROLE YOU

WILL PLAY:

· Serving

as an administrative support staff, the successful candidate will be involved in

all aspects and functions of an Engineering/Project Management operation.

Duties will include Business Development support, Project Management Support,

Office Managerial Support and Marketing Support. This position will play a key

role as being part of the “face of the company” answering the phone, assisting

visitor and greeting customers and others at the front entrance.

BACKGROUND

PROFILE:

· Proficient with Microsoft Office products and Adobe Acrobat Professional

· Working knowledge of CRM software, document tracking database, WordPress and MailChimp.

· Experience working with Google Analytica and other algorithm processes.

· Excellent communication skills, sound organizational skills and a ability to work as a larger team are a must.
