We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to support our residents through personalized therapy and interdisciplinary care. As a member of our rehabilitation team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in our residents' daily lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Collaborate with nursing, rehab, and medical staff to ensure effective outcomes

  • Provide education to families and staff on therapy techniques and communication strategies

  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with all guidelines

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Valid state licensure as an SLP

  • CCC-SLP preferred but not required

  • Prior experience in long-term care is a plus

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Passion for working with the geriatric population
