Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Per-Diem Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our growing rehab team. With new competitive rates, this is an excellent opportunity for PTAs looking to advance their careers in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Implement therapy treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist

  • Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and mobility activities

  • Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress and response to treatment

  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with facility standards

  • Collaborate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team

  • Ensure compliance with all facility policies and state/federal regulations

Qualifications

  • Associate degree from an accredited PTA program

  • Current Florida PTA license (or eligibility)

  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

  • Experience in skilled nursing or rehab settings preferred

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
