We’re dedicated to delivering patient-centered care that restores mobility, reduces pain, and helps residents regain independence. We’re looking for a talented and driven Physical Therapist (PT) to bring clinical skill and positive energy to our collaborative rehab team.
Empower Mobility: Design and implement customized PT treatment plans that enhance strength, balance, and independence.
Deliver Results: Conduct thorough assessments and provide evidence-based therapy focused on gait training, fall prevention, and pain reduction.
Team Collaboration: Partner with OTs, SLPs, nurses, and physicians to create unified, outcome-driven care plans.
Drive Progress: Document through our user-friendly EMR, educate families, and celebrate each step forward with your patients.
Weekly Direct Deposit: Consistent and timely payment.
Qualifications:
Current NY State Physical Therapist license
Active CPR/BLS Certification
