Physical Therapist (AHCL) – Contract

Location: Hidden Valley Lake, CA 95240 (Outpatient; ~15 miles from Adventist Health Clear Lake)
Pay Rate: $2,351 – $2,635
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Day Shift)

Position Summary & Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient physical therapy treatments to improve mobility, function, and pain management

  • Evaluate patients, develop care plans, and document progress per standards

  • Collaborate with physicians and care teams; supervise PT assistants/aides

  • Educate patients/families and coordinate care for optimal outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or related field

  • 1–2 years of outpatient or related experience preferred

  • California Physical Therapy License (or eligible): Required

  • BLS Certification: Required

  • Valid California driver’s license (if travel required)

  • Strong communication, clinical judgment, and ability to work independently

  • APTA membership preferred
