HVAC Installer

Amen Air is seeking skilled quality HVAC Service technicians, with good work ethics, and moral character to join our team.If you are a HVAC Installer with at least 3 years of service experience, looking for a good solid place to work then please apply. Position Summary The HVAC Installer is responsible for the installation, replacement, and startup of residential and/or commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role ensures all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and local codes. Key ResponsibilitiesInstall HVAC systems including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and ductworkReplace existing systems with minimal disruption to customersRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation instructionsPerform system start-ups and ensure proper operationTest systems for performance, airflow, and refrigerant levelsFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environmentCommunicate with customers regarding installation process and system usageCollaborate with team members to complete jobs on scheduleMaintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent1–3+ years of HVAC installation experience (preferred)EPA Certification (required for handling refrigerants)Valid driver's license with clean driving recordAbility to read technical manuals and blueprintsStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsHours:Work Hours Mon – Friday 8AM-5PM (WE ARE NOT A 24HOUR SERVICE COMPANY)Alternating Weekend on call service (will be required Saturday & Sunday 8am-6pm) Benefits:Medical – company pays portion of all plan levelsDental – company pays portion of all plan levelsVision – company pays portion of all plan levels401K with 50% company matchHRA – company funded per year per employeeLong-term & short-term disability insurance (paid by company)Basic life insurance (paid by company)PTO Accrual 1-4 years 2 weeks paid vacation6 paid holidays and 1 floating holidayTake home company vehicle Physical RequirementsAbility to lift 50+ lbs regularlyWork in confined spaces, attics, and outdoor environmentsClimb ladders and work at heightsStand, bend, and kneel for extended periods Skills & CompetenciesStrong attention to detailGood communication and customer service skillsTime management and reliabilityAbility to work independently and as part of a team Work EnvironmentResidential and commercial job sitesExposure to varying weather conditionsFast-paced, hands-on environment Note: This job description is not all inclusive of job duties.Compensation and Benefits: Pay is commensurate with experience and market reflective.
