LPN - FT Nights/Weekends

Location: New York 14527
Pay: $1,379 – $1,555/week
Shift: Full-Time Nights, 5x8s (11:00 PM – 07:30 AM), every weekend

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care to adult and geriatric residents under RN supervision

• Assess patient condition, collect data, and report changes to the care team

• Assist in developing, implementing, and updating individualized care plans

• Administer treatments and support daily care needs in a safe environment

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and support resident/family education

• Maintain clinical competency and participate in staff support/orientation

• Licensure: Active New York LPN License – Required

• Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year LPN experience (LTC preferred) – Required

• Certifications:

  • BLS (AHA or RQI) – Required

• 40 hours/week; every weekend required

• Two consecutive days off weekly (when possible)

• Potential holiday coverage required

• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens possible
