Pay Rate: $1,987 – $2,230 per week
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Dress Code: Business casual
Note: Assignment approved by Ralph Parker (CEO/CNO)
Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility and function
Develop individualized therapy plans and monitor progress
Educate patients on exercises and recovery strategies
Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize outcomes
Active Physical Therapist license (AZ or compact, if applicable)
Prior clinical experience preferred
Strong patient care and communication skills
