Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Kearny, New Jersey
Shift: All Shifts
Pay Range: $34–$36/hr

Key Responsibilities:
Resident-Focused Care: Administer medications, treatments, and supplies with attention to detail and compassion.
Individualized Care Plans: Customize care to meet each resident’s unique needs, ensuring optimal outcomes.
Clinical Expertise: Perform wound care, treatments, and procedures to support residents’ health and comfort.
Accurate Documentation: Maintain precise medical records, documenting observations, treatments, and evaluations.
Confidentiality: Uphold patient privacy according to HIPAA standards.
Requirements:
Valid LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred but not required—we welcome dedicated professionals eager to learn.
