Support Counselor I - Overnight Shift

The Support Counselor I’s provide general supervision of program and client daily living activities, assisting with scheduling, documenting client activity, and maintaining a safe and clean environment consistently. Candidates should demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and possess knowledge of program rules, along with proven problem-solving skills to handle diverse situations. Effective communication with individuals from various backgrounds is essential, along with a solid understanding of homelessness, substance use disorders, and mental health challenges to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Flexibility in availability for day, evening, weekday, and weekend shifts is required. Other duties as assigned.

Please Note: This position is an overnight role. Employees are expected to remain awake, attentive, and actively engaged throughout the entire shift to monitor the facility, support clients, and respond to emergencies or other needs as they arise.

Salary - $47,240 - $57,420 (40 hours per week) Additional 5% stipend if Bilingual and Biliterate in English and Spanish
