LOCATION: Beverly Hills, CA

PAY RANGE: $125K - $180K

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and argue various motions, including motions for preliminary and final approval and opposing motions to compel arbitration.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Prepare legal memoranda and briefs.
• Provide strategic legal advice to the litigation teams.
• Review and analyze case law, statutes, and regulations relevant to cases.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on case strategy and preparation.
• Attend court hearings and present arguments effectively.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience engaged in law and motion practice, preferably in employment law, and ideally PAGA and wage and hour class actions.
• Experience drafting and arguing motions in state and federal court.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• In-depth understanding of state and federal court procedures and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
