Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve patient-centered care goals

Requirements:
Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Florida
One (1) year of experience as an LPN or RN in a post-acute care setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
