Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Shifts: All Shifts Available
Salary: $27 - $32 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with nursing leadership to ensure the highest standards of resident care and safety
Administer medications and treatments accurately and efficiently in accordance with facility protocols and nursing best practices
Proactively manage timely ordering of medications, supplies, and equipment to support smooth clinical operations
Follow individualized care plans, providing skilled wound care, treatments, and thorough, precise documentation
Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold HIPAA regulations to protect resident privacy
Qualifications:
Current and valid LPN license in the State of Florida
Prior experience in skilled nursing preferred, but a passion for quality care and a strong work ethic are equally valued
