License Practical Nurse
Job Description
Join our healthcare team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents! We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) dedicated to delivering quality resident-centered care in a skilled nursing environment.
Currently hiring for FT, PT, and Per Diem. All shifts available.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care and administer medications/treatments as prescribed
Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team
Assist with care planning, documentation, and daily nursing support
Supervise Nursing Assistants and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Perform treatments and maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards
Respond promptly to resident needs while ensuring comfort and dignity
Compensation
Weekday and Weekend pay starts at $33.00 with full benefits or up to $38.00 for no-frills options
Additional shift and weekend differentials available

Qualifications:
Active LPN license in the state
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Current CPR/BLS certification
