Indigo Manor Nursing and Rehab, a premier long-term care facility in Daytona Beach, Florida, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a Respiratory Therapist at Indigo Manor, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Provide respiratory care to patients with cardiopulmonary disorders, including oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and breathing treatments
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy to meet individual patient needs
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes
Monitor and record patient progress, making adjustments to therapy as needed
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
Current RT license in the state of Florida
Minimum of 0 years of experience in respiratory therapy (new graduates welcome to apply!)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
