Finishing Department Associate – 2nd Shift
Location: Darien, WI
Pay Rate: $19.60/hour
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented associates to join the Finishing Department on 2nd shift. This role involves preparing, painting, inspecting, and finishing products to ensure they meet quality standards before shipment. No prior painting experience is required—training will be provided.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare products for painting and finishing processes
  • Apply coatings and finishes as directed
  • Inspect products for quality, appearance, and accuracy
  • Use hand tools and production equipment as needed
  • Follow work orders, production schedules, and quality standards
  • Prepare finished products for shipment or the next stage of production
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Support team production goals and deadlines
Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
  • Painting or finishing experience is a plus, but not required
  • Willingness to learn and follow established processes
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Training Provided
Comprehensive training is provided for candidates who are eager to learn the painting and finishing process. This is an excellent opportunity to develop new skills within a manufacturing environment.
