Full Job Description

Manhattanville is seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Liaison to support census growth and build strong referral relationships throughout the Bronx and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, and community partners
• Generate referrals and drive admissions to meet census goals
• Conduct daily outreach, including in-person visits and meetings
• Act as a liaison between referral sources and the admissions team
• Ensure smooth patient transitions into the facility
• Track and report referral activity
• Represent the facility at community and networking events

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Marketing Liaison, Admissions Coordinator, or healthcare sales preferred
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Experience

• Healthcare marketing or admissions: 1+ year (Preferred)

License/Certification

• Driver’s License (Required)
