Looking for a FULL TIME Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility in the Lafayette, New Jersey. We are offering competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefit package.

Work Location: Mohawk Meadows - 1 Obrien Ln, Lafayette, NJ 07848

Job Responsibilities:

1. Evaluates, provides, and ensures patient’s plan of care.
2. Oversees Physical Therapy Assistants providing guidance, discussing progress and monitoring clinical interventions/skills.
3. Provides skilled services and interventions using various techniques that are needed to achieve patient’s goals.
4. Follows all regulations and guidelines of facility including compliance with confidentiality and HIPPA.
5. Adheres to discussed scheduled hours and conducts self in a professional manner at all times.
6. Provides skilled documentation of patient’s condition, and provide caregiver/patient education, progress and need for services.
7. Ensures safe treatment practices and monitors patient’s engagement and responses to treatment, modifies as necessary.

Requirements include:

1. Valid professional license
2. Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program
3. Preferred experience with rehab optima and skilled nursing facilities
4. New graduates are welcome
