When you’ll work- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Overtime is available based on production needs.
What the job focuses onRoughly 75–80% of your time is dedicated to electrical troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance. The remainder supports mechanical repairs and equipment adjustments.
Your impact- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to cut downtime.
- Service 120V, 240V, 480V electrical systems.
- Repair/replace AC/DC motors, motor starters, controls, overloads, relays, contactors, transformers, disconnects, and control panels.
- Diagnose and correct VFD and motor control issues.
- Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment by confirming I/O and sensor functionality (programming not required).
- Install and repair sensors, switches, photo eyes, proximity sensors, wiring, and electrical devices.
- Execute preventive maintenance to improve reliability and reduce unplanned stops.
- Assist with root cause analysis and implement lasting corrective actions.
- Complete work orders and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teammates to resolve issues quickly.

Our chemical manufacturing facility prioritizes safety above all else. We provide the required PPE and enforce strict safety procedures. The site manufactures lead-based specialty products and maintains a safe environment through engineering controls and PPE.

- Experience with 480V systems
- Motors and motor controls expertise
- Hands-on work with VFDs
- Strong electrical troubleshooting ability

- Exposure to PLC-controlled equipment
- Preventive maintenance discipline
- Mechanical troubleshooting in an industrial setting
