Letort Spring Nursing and Rehab, a skilled nursing facility located in Carlisle, PA, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team.

Position offers consistent scheduling of approximately 20–30 hours per week.
What You'll Do- Assist in delivering occupational therapy services under the supervision and direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed to enhance residents’ functional abilities, mobility, and overall quality of life
- Observe and document resident progress, reporting changes and outcomes to the Occupational Therapist and nursing team
- Educate and train residents, families, and caregivers on safe and effective techniques to support daily living activities
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote continuity and coordination of care across all disciplines
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in the State of Pennsylvania
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred, but not required
- Demonstrated commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care with a positive and professional attitude
