Prairie Ridge Health is looking for a team member to join our Rehab Department and go above and beyond to deliver outstanding personalized care in the role of Occupational Therapist. This position is a 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week) and will be responsible for providing direct patient care, primarily in an outpatient, orthopedic setting. The position will be collaborating with other rehab professionals and orthopedic providers (including a hand and upper extremity surgeon) with a combination direct access/referral-based setting within the Sun Prairie and Columbus locations. This opportunity does include as-needed support for our general medical inpatients.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION

  • Doctorate, master's degree or baccalaureate degree in Occupational Therapy from a fully accredited occupational therapy program.
  • Valid Occupational Therapy license in the State of Wisconsin
  • Certified Hand Therapist preferred
  • CPR certification or obtain within 90 days of hire
  • Experience in clinical occupational therapy, including experience working with UE injuries/post-operative protocols (shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand and finger), and neurologic involvement strongly preferred.
