Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Per Diem

Our team of dedicated healthcare professionals is looking for a talented Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our per diem team in East Moline, Illinois.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist occupational therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for patients with various physical, cognitive, and emotional needs

  • Conduct daily living skills and functional activities assessments to identify areas of need and develop strategies for improvement

  • Implement occupational therapy interventions and activities, including adaptive equipment training, sensory integration, and cognitive rehabilitation

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and communication with patients, families, and caregivers

  • Maintain accurate records and documents, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries
