LPN - Skilled Nursing | Night Shift (7P-7A)

• 🌙 Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• 🚫 No Call Requirements

• 🗓️ Block Scheduling Available (upon request!)

• 🔄 Floating Possible to Long-Term Care

• 🏡 Supportive Rehab & Nursing Environment

• 👩️‍⚕️ Manageable Patient Ratio: 1:17

• 💙 Team-Oriented Setting with Strong CNA Support

  Provide bedside care in a skilled nursing/rehab environment

• Administer medications and perform patient assessments

• Conduct routine rounds and monitor patient progress

• Supervise and support CNAs

• Assist with wound care as needed

• Deliver compassionate care to both short-term rehab and long-term residents

• Active Tennessee LPN License

• BLS Certification (required)

• IV Certification (preferred)

• Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience

• Strong skills in medication administration and patient care

• Prior experience in a nursing home or skilled facility
